More than a treatment, this is time to return to yourself. Warm water, restorative scalp care, and intentional touch come together in an unhurried experience designed to care for both your scalp and your sense of well-being. Each session is individualized. Depending on the needs of the session, gentle facial massage may be woven into your experience to encourage deeper relaxation and release. Leave feeling lighter, refreshed, and deeply cared for. Please allow approximately 75 minutes from start to finish. This includes time to arrive and settle in, a brief consultation, approximately 60 minutes of hands-on treatment, and time to gently transition out of your experience. The 75 minutes reflects the full appointment experience rather than 75 minutes of continuous scalp massage.

A breath-led, hands-on session that supports deep nervous system regulation. Beginning with grounding work through the back and shoulders, the session unfolds intuitively through touch, presence, and energetic awareness. Work may move through the neck, scalp, hands, and feet, helping the body settle and reconnect. This session may include grounding touch through the back, neck, scalp, hands, feet, and occasionally the face with consent. At times, hands may also move just above the body, allowing energy and breath to guide the work. Not massage. Not a reading. Simply a space to land.
