Hi, I’m Amanda. For two decades, I’ve worked at the intersection of hair artistry, scalp care and presence-based work, creating experiences that support not just appearance, but the nervous system as a whole. My work centers on arrival. Through hair services, head spa experiences, and quieter one-on-one sessions, I create conditions that allow the body to settle, awareness to activate and the system to return to itself safely. Rather than working from a fixed modality, I work with state. Water, touch, breath, and silence are used intentionally, not to add more, but to remove interference so what is already present can organize and land. Some offerings are externally regulating and sensory, while others are awareness-led and quieter. In select moments, touch is used somatically to support grounding, integration and completion. All work includes time for re-orientation before returning to daily life. Beauty, to me, is not an aesthetic alone. It’s the way you inhabit your body afterward. The way your breath deepens. The way you leave more here than when you arrived. I currently offer services in multiple locations, including the Northeast Kingdom and Chittenden County, as well as select virtual sessions. Wherever we meet, the intention remains the same: work that is paced, contained, and capable of being carried forward ,not just experienced in the moment. Amanda
